Organiser's Notes

Steve, with Martin's assistance, is planning this September Trip to Torquay. The intention is to dive either in Lyme Bay, or maybe further down the coast to the Plymouth area. The Trip is open to any level of Diver Qualification with the intention being to dive a wreck for the first dive, followed maybe with a shallower wreck, or scenic/food dive for the second dive. The following wrecks are possibilities.

Lyme Bay

Either the "Bretagne" or the "Lord Stuart"

Plymouth

Either the "James Eagan Layne" or the "HMS Scylla"

Intending to travel down in Member's cars on Friday evening, sharing the cost of fuel, caravan accommodation for Friday & Saturday night is likely to be at Park Dean Caravans, and shouod cost around £25.00 for the two nights, depending on how many book in.

Mail Steve or Martin for more info.

Approximate costs, excluding kit hire, travel, & food will be in the region of around £80.00 if completing the two day weekend, made up as follows. This allows for around £25.00 for two night's accommodation, plus £15.00 per dive, including air & boat fees. We will need to collect a £25.00 deposit in advance to cover hire of the caravans, which will only be refundable depending on the Terma and Conditions of the Caravan Hire. The general Club Policy for Deposits is
outlined on the WebSite here.

As we we will not know the boat fuel costs, it will not be possible to work out a the final costs until after the trip. Steve will need an email the following day from anyone who has made any trip-related payment (fuel/etc) and will complete the costs by the Tuesday night after the trip.
