Financial Issues | |
o All outstanding Trip accounts are now settled. The ET account is now fully under our control, and the signatories have been changed. Total funds approx. £3000. o George to produce accounts for all future meetings. o Insurance for the boat is now detailed in the Code of Practice and is satisfactory except for AA cover (pending from Sports Fed). | |
Training | |
o Huw Jenkins confirmed as the new Training Officer o Training plan finalised (now detailed separately within the WebSite) o Huw to be in charge of arranging instructors. o Three Club members to attend an IFC | |
Club Boat | |
o The Boat is to be relocated from Weymouth to Torquay and then returned to Oxford | |
Diving | |
o Paul to organise an October Trip o Steve A is organising a November Trip o Luke to organise the Christmas Trip in time for Freshers’ Fair o ET Luke to inform of progress at next meeting | |
Fresher's Fair | |
o Kieran in charge o Alex, Huw and Luke to contribute information as required. o Alex to have £50 for drinks at the introductory meeting | |
Equipment | |
o Hire charge for unfilled cylinders to be £5 o Equipment has been consolidated; numbering is in progress o Surplus equipment is now in the Boat hut and will be sold off later in the term. o Julie approved to buy equipment where we are short of our final target (see previous Minutes) | |
