o Paul to eMail Dive Trip Guidelines to Committee from suggestions arising, and to prepare final Draft for August Meeting o Paul to create Safety Pack | |
Equipment | |
o Julie to purchase ring binder to create and maintain Club Dive Equipment Servicing Records o Julie to create binder to enable Club Dive Equipment to be both signed out to members, and to be signed back in on return. | |
Financial Issues | |
o Luke to be responsible for all ET Accounts o Individual Trip Organisers to be responsible for a)Making sure Members pay over the money they owe for Trip Fees b) Making sure Members pay over the money they owe for Equipment Hire c) Handing in Trip Profits once Trip Accounts finalised o George & Julie to work together to chase for unpaid Equipment Fees from historic Trips o Luke is happy that there are no outstanding monies from historic personal Equipment servicing organised through the Club o George and Julie to prepare an inventory of Club Assets, and a summary of depreciation | |
Training | |
o Paul has volunteerd to take on the dual role of Training Officer, although he will need an assistant TO to be "on the ground" to ensure that day to day training runs smoothly o Paul also to investigate and organise Pool bookings for Novice Pool Training o Luke to investigate with Brookes the possibility of organising a joint ET | |
Club Boat | |
o To take the Boat to sea there will always have to be a minimum number of Four people on board o The Boat usage fee is now set as £7.50 per dive, per diver. The Trip Organiser has the responsibility for collecting this money o Boat fuel is to be stored in the Sports Fed garage should there be spare fuel remaining at the end of a trip. Should access to the SF garage be unavailable, the Trip Organiser has the discretion over spare fuel disposal. ie someone's petrol tank!! o A discussion is needed with the Boat Officer with reference to leaving more boat bits and pieces actually on site with the boat | |
