o George to set up Internet Banking (he can do this online) and bring printout of recent Account Transactions to every Committee Meeting | |
Training | |
o Alex and Paul to finalise Training Plan o Kieran will send out eMail about Instructor Training Sept. 22-23rd (Instructor Foundation Course). Sports Fed and Club will cover cost o Amy Treguna has volunteered to be contact person for new Novices. | |
Club Boat & Trip Guidelines | |
o Paul will email the Trip Guidelines to Simon, Sam, Joy, and Steve Armitage plus other experienced Club Members specifically requesting feedback o Alex will speak to Paul about increasing reporting incidents on trips to Sports Fed o Alex will correct insurance on boat as a high priority (currently under insured) o Boat is running fine and is available for use on Trips o Anthony to look into organizing Boat Handling Courses o Alex to look into why there are no steps to the boathouse o Alex to check kit progress with Julie (selling kit) | |
